feature request: skip rows

I want to have a column of bools to skip rows or not...

main use case: someone needs to write in a different "room" or at a different time, and I need to send an updated message.

I started this in kitsook#2, but needs polish

@kitsook do you think this is a useful feature? Of course one can just save a new spreadsheet with only those rows...

But I also like the idea of it updating the column as it crawls through.. It takes about 15 mins to message my 650-student class so that's a long time for something to go wrong. So I thought I could toggle a bool after each row was successfully sent...

My $0.02. I don't actually use the script in real world situation, but I can see the benefit of skipping those entries that have been processed.
