Write documentation notes on ASTRA->elegant conversion

Explaining, for example, the treatment of the fiducial particle both during forwards and back-conversion. Is it possible to maintain jitter knowledge through this process? Do we have any provenance data to show what happened?

Is the 'reference particle' same as 'fiducial particle' ? If yes, then the particle stays in Elegant as no.1 particle but then going back is generated from scratch - scripts can't assume that we use data in loop (Astra->Elegant->Astra) thus the particle is created basing on centre of geometry and placed on 1st place, then rest of particles is scaled to its value (Z,Pz values only !).

This is what you need to understand from the astra manual and discussion
with Peter. Throw this info away and you don't get jitter measurement or
understanding of performance degradation due to that making the lattice
appear mismatched into the FEL. That said, one may need to 'match' the beam
manually anyway to see lasing. Check with Lawrence and Brian how we handle
this in Puffin : are we only interested in the optimally matched beam
anyway?
