Registration process - you want my bank details before approval? Discussion

Should we be getting approval before I enter my bank details?

Not sure which way this should go, but my initial gut reaction to being asked for bank details was "That's a bit premature given I don't know if they're going to say yes or not!".

Very much up for discussion. If it's felt that this shows a level of commitment to becoming a member then that's all well and good.
