Successful Test on French Example

I have tested the athens-demo.py workflow on a French case study using the example from umep_workflow_new.py.

Test Results

✅ The script runs successfully without errors
✅ The workflow adapts well to the French example data
✅ Results are as expected

The Athens demo works great as a reference for implementing SOLWEIG workflows on different locations!
