[BUG] Can't Cast / Lost Target Cursor

• CUO/Razor will bug out when you perform a Set Last Target & Target self/last/etc while a target cursor is up.
• Spell/Action target cursor will disappear, but you still technically have a Spell/Action held that you cannot target anything with because the cursor is gone.
• Only workarounds are: Wait 30secs for the Spell/Action to be canceled by server, or use Set Last Target hotkey to make cursor reappear.

The code below triggers the bug:
You won't be able to target, cancel, or cast after this completes.
