Logs refactoring

[Alex-Bond]

• Introduce log rotation
• Logs format editing from config (as in apache and nginx)
• Allow separating logs into:

1. Task running results
2. All output
3. StdOut
4. StdErr

Optional:

• Allow to save logs to cloud platforms
