Refactor UTD Comet Calendar Scraper #57
Description
There is currently a UTD Comet Calendar scraper but the calendar has been redesigned and it no longer works. This issue is to the fix the calendar scraper. It will require following along with the existing code and verifying where a query like .item.event_item.vevent > a makes it hang.
We are also now storing event data in a new format where day, building, and room form a hierarchy to organize events. So this issue will be followed by another to parse this data in the same way.
