[Bug Report] Secure Connection Failed on page load

On my Windows PC running Windows 10 when I attempt to load the website it throws an error

Steps to reproduce

• Go to http://heatmap.utdnebula.com/
• Observe error

So if I try to go to https://heatmap.utdnebula.com/ it throws this error on my mac. If I go to the http link I get the same error as the screenshot above.
