Implement basic functionality for entries

Overview

As a user, I should be able to search by entry titles in a site-wide header.

Proposal

When the user types in the search bar, a pop-up should auto-populate entries based on the title contents. Clicking on one of the entries in the Guide should redirect to the appropriate page based on the content's ID.
