[Feature Request] Disclaimer

# Overview

After meeting with UTD administration, concerns were brought up about a room being free on UTD Rooms guaranteeing it is actually free.

# Proposal

Add a best-practices / responsible use clause. This could be something simple like "UTD Rooms is not an official source of the university and does not guarantee availability." Or something better / more legally.

Not sure where to put it.
