[Feature Request] Add Review Summary to Trends

Overview

Add Gemini-powered summary of Rate My Professor reviews to Trends
Summaries should be added per course combo, not just per professor - reviews should be filtered by course

Proposal

We will want to

• Pull information from relevant reviews on RMP to send to Gemini
• Create a summary of reviews for each course combo
• Cache summaries so we are not frequently recomputing these (expensive) using Vercel revalidate

[Add additional tasks as necessary]

Potentially also link to relevant reviews or quotes when displaying summaries
