[Feature Request] Syllabus Processing

Overview

There is some information from syllabi that users are likely to want quick access to; currently, this is not accessible on the Search Results page. We would like to parse syllabi and make this information accessible

Proposal

Follow a similar strategy to the Rate My Professor parsing in progress and the API Tools academic calendar parsing. Use Gemini API to parse syllabi, create a (structured?) set of relevant information, and then cache this information as relevant.

Cost is a major priority in this problem. We want to make sure that these are generating only on request and that we are conserving input/output tokens and using the most affordable models possible.
