Evaluate the calculation in the existing codes #63

Currently, the calculation might not be correct, or... not having a standard analysis to compare to.
Eg: 200% improvement
TODO:
- Confirmed whether the current results is correct, if it is, prove it by creating an explaining document
- if not correct: go through the codes and make detailed comments for the math function behaviors as well as tracing how these numbers are generated. then, CORRECT IT LOL
Suggestions:
- suggest R&D not limited to:
- standardize filming metric (using a metronome)
- comparing the same videos for validation (should be 0% improvement)
- create standardized requirements when processing the video (normal swings, high swings, low swings)
- downside the swing clips (4K to 1080)
