THREADS_PER_BLOCK is not defined.

THREADS_PER_BLOCK is not defined in roscuda_vectoradd/src/main.cpp

I get the same error on compilation.
Problem was solved by changing

1. int *testmain to int *testmain(int num, int threads)
2. add<<< , >>> to add<<<num/threads,threads>>>
3. Adding #define THREADS_PER_BLOCK 512 in main.cpp

This worked for me
