counterintuitive page titles #136
Description
As far as I can tell, the <title> attribute on each page on UTRS says "Unblock Ticket Request System - Register an Account". This makes no sense whatsoever when a user is already logged in, for example, and the "Register an Account" part of the title should be removed. This is especially disconcerting for me as a screen reader user.
