Dynamic Server Rates for events

Describe your idea

Add server rates options, set days like weekends to auto change the exp/drop/capture rates without having to edit the config and restarting.
Unsure if this is possible but would be great.

Purposes

Not having to edit the config and restart for an event.

Expected Behavior

Save time.
Adds more to Defender.

I know I reply very late to this, I must have overseen it. This is actually a cool little idea to test if that works - i think it should.
I will leave another update when I know more
