outdated feeds for a site result in a error 500

It looks like feed data map for each site is not updated every time it is requested. Consequently, old/defunct feeds are still listed which result in 500 Internal Server Errors in some instance.

Example:

Compare the list of feeds for Pete's idd-agg.aos.wisc.edu machine on the Unidata rtstats site versus the rtstatstest page. The rtstatstest display shows feeds that were removed (e.g.: SATELLITE and NIMAGE).
