Add legend to openlayers feed map and click on institutions for info

Topology map: Much improved. Maybe a legend to identify colors? Also,
it would be really neat if each site on the map had a pin that you could
click on to get information (which institution it is, maybe some summary
stats, plus a link to go deeper)
