Description
The most fun to be had today in Colorado on April 20th, is to get this rtstats demo running at Unidata! So this issue will track things. The most significant curve ball at the moment is the Unidata install will be Centos 6.
Some things found during install:
- Unidata uses unix user
rtsldmfor this task, with a $HOME of /opt/rtsldm - The
rtstats.localhostname is a one-off for their DNS automation //etc/hosts - the hardware utilized is purposed for other things
- they have a custom / local apache 2.2 install, no PHP
- their custom apache does not listen on localhost
- Had an issue with postgres 9.6 not using password auth, but ident, likely related to username changes?
- whoa, completely missed the memcached install and hostname
