[BUG] Variable Name Visible to Users on Ticket View Page

What happened?

Viewing a ticket displays a variable name for the user the ticket is assigned to.

How can it be reproduced?

1. View a ticket that is assigned to a user.
2. Under Assigned To: the value appears to be Assigned To: FirstName LastName ($ticket->assigned_to)

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
