Some facilities have figured out that the OTS form is not required in order to promote students, so OTS data is completely missing for some ARTCCs...
What is your new feature idea or request?
This is a request for a mock-up of the new OTS form as requested by the TA workgroup. Attached is an excel file with the header and checklists separate, though they should be one form.
Right now, just requesting a mock-up of the form and do not need to discuss how the new checklist will integrate into the current workflow.
But if you want to start thinking about that, there should be an option to complete the form on the VATUSA website OR complete the form on the facility website and submit information via API.
