trying CIDR on ChIP-seq style vectors

Has anyone tried CIDR to cluster ChIP-seq data?
Any recommendations on where to start with?

We have not. CIDR is specifically designed to deal with dropouts in single-cell RNA-seq data. In particular, CIDR assumes a dropout event is more likely to occur when a gene has low expression. I am not sure if this assumption is valid for general ChIP-seq data analysis.
