MAAPs errors

I had MAAPS output that was wrong in three instances in numbering of the amino acids. The nucleotide numbering was fine so I'm guessing it is just a math error...
Nucleotide position 6549 was assigned amino acid position 2184 but the correct one is 2183
Nucleotide position 4152 was assigned amino acid position 1385 but the correct one is 1384
Nucleotide position 6573 was assigned amino acid position 2192 but the correct one is 2191

Could you attach the fasta file (and the incorrect output would be nice)?

I'm not sure what the bug was, but these come out correctly in the newest
version. I am working out a couple of kinks and will deploy that version
for testing soon.
