Instal failure #74

Moved VFP et al file to new laptop using LapLink's PC Mover.
Most everything went as expected EXCEPT Thor & PEMEditor didn't behave as expected.
So I deleted everything from the Thor folder; D/L'd the latest and reinstalled.
✔️ Expected result
Expected Thot, PEM Editor, Go Fish, et al to install and run as before.
❌ Actual result
Thor installed. My startup prg calls RunThor.prg. "Thor" and Thor Tools" are added to the menu bar.
When I try to launch PEMEditor, I get a "Class not registered" error.
