UPDATE IMPLEMENTATION of JSON generated documentation updates in the platform

@egonw : can you implement this into the automated 'pull' from the service jsons in the platform html?

Note that the documents for service launch are stored in the wp1.1 which is a private repository. We can still give link to the document but it will not be public.

Just as a small note as well -- there are different types of deployment, like docker run or docker service and there are multiple documents/directories for service deployment for different methods. We can still give the link to where the directories are, i.e., here but it will still be non-public.

@ozancinar, yeah, the idea was indeed to use this for situations when the info is publicly available.
