Group process flow steps in new glossary table

All address internal VHP platform flow steps, but bear as a name other concepts in the glossary.

I suggest making this description more explicitly, though Ozan already addressed it with the entry names we could link toxicology concept <--> process flow concept better with a dedicated RDFa table template
