Possibilities for adding tool deployment documents to the docs repo

We have documents that explain how to launch tools using docker run on the wp1.1 repository. We can add these documents to the docs repo and its webpage.

Things to be careful:

• Remove all sensitive information, e.g., ip addresses, from the publicly released documents
• Create documents for launching the tools on the cluster
• Think about explaining the methods docker run and Swarm cluster briefly.
