Check linked pages on TOOLS page of platform

Frank has done a quick test on the tools page: (https://platform.vhp4safety.nl/tools) following the 'run the tool' links of the INTERNAL tools.

Some observations:

• AOP - Builder: target is not an HTTPS page. No content, just message "Default action triggered", nothing else
• AOP-Wiki API: after a while there is a time-out, nothing eles
• cpLogD: Not OK?? You get a page showing information about a directory
• Flame: Not OK. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

@FrankHepkema, this service (like one or two others) is a REST API and the "Run the tool" is misleading (tho not wrong). The service runs find, per example in the tutorial: https://docs.vhp4safety.nl/en/latest/tutorials/cplogd/cplogd_tutorial.html
