Provide a way to use kit-cmake without build-time git clone #324
Description
It seems to me that TiledArray unconditionally tries to git clone kit-cmake into the builddir right now, or is there a way to circumvent that?
In some environments (notably, Linux distribution package autobuilding), network access is not available, or at least forbidden by policy.
Couldn't kit-cmake be a git submodule instead, which is dragged into release tarball archives?
Alternatively, there should be a way to tell TiledArray "I got a checkout of kit-cmake here, use that instead" I think
