Propeller with sails will not reverse #179
Description
Similar to #157, but building a propeller using sails (on a brass one at least) only produces force in the direction of the bearing (in my use case, I need it reversed). Neither changing the mode on the bearing (Normal vs Reversed) nor reversing the RPM does anything.
This is still an issue as of the latest version of Clockwork and VS (0.5.4.2 and 2.4.5, respectively)
