I believe if you dispense a fire charge it will ignite it, same as TNT behaviour

Matter of not having a mixin to vanilla dispenser code, we already mixin fire charge entities so why not

Actually, vanilla flint and steel dispenser behavior does this:

                }

so we don't need a mixin, just use this lit block state and it should work. Railroad onboard wifi isn't cooperating so I can't actually import the CW project and work on it but the logic should look like that ig
