Nuked-OPLL channel muting issue (sign bit bleed) #127

When muting/isolating channels on OPLL using the mute mask feature on libvgm, the rendered audio contains background noise from the other channels' sign bits. This issue is apparent when using the Nuked OPLL core (and I believe it might also affect Nuked-OPN2, though I haven't tested that).

I've attached an example below that showcases this behavior:
