Use the github Projects to create a Roadmap to the next major version

I've seen a lot of projects use the Projects to create basically a roadmap of what features need to be implemented/issues that need to be fixed until the next major version. This would be really helpful for contributors, so instead of having to look through all of the issues, they could see what are the major blocks until the next version, and work on implementing those changes.
