Galaxies

As there is a plan for systems to be created, could there also be galaxies? (i.e. "Gaming" galaxy with different systems such as "RPGs" and "Open-world games" and so forth). I recognize that several features are in development and that this will likely become a thing (if it does) in several months or perhaps even years, but it is a thought.
