eos-evm-node syncing issue with spring running in irriversible mode

Due to the fact that the irriversible block is always at least 2 blocks behind the head blocks, the eos-evm-node always think the syncing process has not yet finished and it keep staying at batch syncing mode (where it waits for 5000 blocks before processing those 5000 blocks in a batch).
