[Feature Request] Default date and time as now

Set the default date and time to the current time to simplify relative dates/times.
For example, if you want to timestamp "in one hour", you only need to edit the hour instead of writing the full date and time.

Ah, I'm not sure it's my place to judge. Seems like a reasonable request, not that I've ever really had an issue just opening the picker and hitting Today
