Dynamoid::Persistence#update! should be running :save callbacks

Dynamoid::Persistence#update! is only running the :update callbacks, and never runs the :save callbacks

Also save will never run :update callbacks, meaning that update_attributes and update_attribute wont do it too. I will create another issue for that
