Filters Toolbox Should Include Path Filter

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We already have a Filters toolbox used in several places that allows filtering of nodes. An option should be added to that to filter by path.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The user should be able to define multiple paths to filter on.
