Possible for AlwaysShadow to force Instant-Replay settings?

AlwaysShadow is awesome for keeping the Instant-Replay feature enabled, however, the Instant-Replay settings have been spontaneously reverting lately (Nvidia's fault, not AlwaysShadow).

Would it be possible for AlwaysShadow to keep the Instant-Replay settings locked to specifics (e.g. Frame-rate, Resolution, Bit-rate, Quality)?
