Viaversion server command not working on 1.21.11.

Bug Description

/viaversion command will not work saying: An unexpected error occurred trying to execute that command. Hence, I can't dump the logs for 1.21.11. It is noteworthy that I tried viaversion on a 1.21.4 server and the command works.

Steps to Reproduce

Viaversion Command Error:

1. Open Server Console
2. Type 'viaversion'
3. Error 'An unexpected error occurred trying to execute that command' is displayed

Additional Server Info

I do not use a proxy, only Fabric with Fabric API
