added the compiled HTML from the oscqueryhtml project- these are html pages served by VVOSCQueryServer instances which present users with UI items that send data back to the OSCQuery server using websockets.  these html pages are embedded in the framework, so any app that uses the framework may choose to serve these pages :: updated the "MIDI OSCQuery Helper" and "OSC OSCQuery Helper" apps to serve the HTML pages :: deleted the Live OSCQuery Helper app, updated the MIDI OSCQuery Helper app to support ableton live project files :: updated the vsn info for all apps, added app icons :: fixed a couple misc bugs in the browser
