Dash characters not allowed in Contact Name / TX Contact Name

AI5HV reports an error that certain channels imported from his codeplug have "NONE" as the TX Contact Name. After researching discovered the TX Contact Names that are missing all contain "-" characters. After inspection of the Contacts database appears that dash characters are being replaced with a period.

I created a blank codeplug in CS7000 CPS and tried creating a Contact that includes a dash character. After pressing ENTER the dash was replaced with a period. Will be updating the CS7000 convert gui to use regular expression to search for "-" and will replace with "." in TX Contact Names. Asked Jerry for additional list of characters not supported before starting code to fix this.

We allow a total of 64 characters (To account for the fact that each character takes 6 bits. We compress the entire contact down to 16 characters. Memory was precious when we first started making these radios.
