[RFP] Unapprove/delete reference

Feature goal:
Add "unapprove" to delete tests reference images.

Why?
In case of errornous approval, or because want to invalidate reference, we want a way to remove the reference so that the test fail again, yet without approving a new reference (case: old reference is now invalid, but current test result are not valid either)
