generate general plots after recoing a run

Once a run has been reconstructed (either from raw or with calibration) we should generate more plots from it.

Essentially we could use the plotData tool to generate all plots suitable for a run (all datasets, occupancy etc. with the exception of those already part of the reconstruction (polya, fe spectra, ...).

That would make it much easier to have all sorts of information available after reconstruction.
