Build example reconstructions of neurons #1
Description
- Generate a figure showing spikes over time for a few example clusters, using just the passive spontaneous activity period
- Build the ISI model for these same clusters
- Generate simulated spiking for the same clusters by sampling from the ISI distribution and plot these side-by-side with the real spiking
