Conda installation not working on Ubuntu 16.04

Everything is fine on 14.04, but it fails miserably on 16.04 with a Python str not matching the std::__cxx11::basic_string in the lpy init.py

Can you test if libgcc install with conda solve the issue, please?
conda install libgcc
