Add phishing scam alert banner and details page
Warn visitors about fraudulent emails impersonating Prof. Saenko to offer fake internships. Includes a new page with guidance on identifying the scam and reporting phishing.

<p>We have become aware of a phishing scam in which individuals impersonate Prof. Kate Saenko to offer fake research internship or job positions. These fraudulent messages are <strong>not</strong> sent by Prof. Saenko or anyone affiliated with her research group.</p>

<h3>How to Identify the Scam</h3>

<li>The email may appear to come from Prof. Saenko but uses an address that is <strong>not</strong> an official <code>@bu.edu</code> address (e.g., a Gmail, Yahoo, or other free email account).</li>

<li>The message offers a research internship, assistantship, or job opportunity and may ask you to reply urgently.</li>

<li>You may be asked to provide personal information, pay fees, purchase equipment, or cash checks.</li>
