Confirm required columns are the same between standard and big Spectronaut converters #4

Reports that the big converter requires different columns than the standard converter.
I think this might be due to the intensity column. In the standard converter the default is F.PeakArea while the big converter uses the F.NormalizedPeakArea. At minimum we should make the default the same and give the option to change..
