"Change Name" Option in Portal Config not usable; Opens/Closes Repair Menu #88
Description
If you right click a portal and go through it's menu options, most work normally, except for "Change Name".
When right-clicking "Change Name", a repair screen opens for a brief second, before immediately closing.
