Setting bandwidth requirements

I am working on bundeling connections for 3 GSM modems I have. I want to set bandwidth restrictions so that each one wouldn't take up the entire bandwidth of the entire network. How can I do that? Thanks

You might be better off trying OpenMPTCProuter. it is actively being developed and now quite stable. This project has not been maintained by the author for 3 years now.
